Jennifer's Bio
I was a four-year old kid sitting on the front step of my Montreal home, waiting for life to get interesting; wondering what forces had placed me here, on this step, in this life. Childhood moved slowly and I was anxious to learn. What I really wanted to know was how to jump-start my life. But I was a kid. I could only imagine myself shifting from one situation to another; from that of a child with an old soul, to that of a fully engaged being with a big heart and a contribution.

People fascinated me, especially their viewpoints and how they chose to put themselves into the world, or not. For years I watched and listened; observed cause and effect and like attracting like. I saw my own life and the lives of others parallel what appeared true about us because someone else had said so. I read extensively, studied behavioural sciences, graduated from Concordia University in Montreal and Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, still yearning to accelerate myself past my tradition and conditioning; to lift myself to increasingly higher intentions and levels of experiencing my life.

What followed was a course of overlapping careers and trainings: some years with large corporations in Montreal and Vancouver; decades as a full-time educator in British Columbia, master trainings in hypnosis, hypnotherapy, NLP, various alternative techniques, and astrology, to name some, and ten years as a private consultant to people seeking clarity and direction.

Many years as an educator and consultant provided fertile grounds to learn. I recognized to accelerate anything requires accelerating techniques: one doesn't launch a rocket with a firecracker. In the classroom and private practice my intention was always to find ways to promote significant change in short amounts of time. I discovered the velocity of personal change is largely a function of technique and free-will. I experienced the rush of rapid, significant change in my personal life and in the lives of many clients. The lingering belief that personal change must be gradual or difficult is part of the old conditioning. I know change can be exhilarating and life-enhancing when you do it consciously. To know yourself for who you truly are defines what's authentic about you; separate from how other people describe you, separate from your history, traditions, habits and conditioning. To know yourself this way is a life-enhancing gift to you. You become authentic, and then you can re-establish the parameters from which you live.
