About Me
Wayne has spent a lifetime working with a large number of different kinds of design and graphics.
He graduated from college as an architectural technologist.
Being unable to find a job at that time in the architectural field, Wayne took a job in the graphics department of a large government corporation that designed all of the visual aids for the air traffic control courses required in Canada.
Wayne worked his way up through the ranks, became a senior illustrator and eventually took over the department. During his time as a senior illustrator, the corporation made the switch from traditional graphics methods to computer graphics.
Shortly after that, Wayne was contracted by the local college to teach computer graphics so he did that along side his corporate position. At other times, he also taught computers in night school for adults.
After being promoted to manager in his corporate job, he recreated a bunch of different departments into a single publishing center.
Those who hired him to manage that department where so impressed with his ability to reorganize and recreate that they offered him a new position where he would be in charge of creating the new Canadian air traffic control registry.
Wayne retired a raving success in the year 2000. He has since been pursuing his own interests in web site design and internet marketing.
Recently, he has been turning a portion of his time back towards teaching - this time teaching website design to the general populous through media that is accessible from home.
